About Us

Company President and Founder, Ken Lattin, is a retired police sergeant with 30 years of experience. He has a Master's Degree in Public Administration. He founded Team Integrity Training in 2007. Ken has been a certified Ropes Challenge Course Facilitator for 27 years.

Company Vice-President Adam Lattin has been with the organization for the past 3 years. He served in public safety for 10 years. He is a certified Ropes Challenge Course Facilitator. He now is certified in Chemical and Radiation Safety.

Company 2nd VP, Matthew Lattin has been with the company for 10 years as a certified Ropes Challenge Course Facilitator.
